We are a group of young entrepreneurs united under a same dream: to change the way we build the world.
Through a collaborative and co-investment ecosystem, we want all people to be able to access different types of real estate investments around the world while promoting the adoption of sustainable practices in the real estate and construction industry.
For this, we have created the first fractionalized (tokenized) real estate investment marketplace based on blockchain technology, where anyone can buy square feet from $50 dollars in properties and/or developments guided by sustainability metrics.
